At Vlixaiswyxea, we are committed to providing high-quality landscape design services. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, revisions, and cancellations of our design services.

Since landscape design is a service rather than a physical product, traditional "returns" do not apply in the same way. However, we have established clear policies to ensure client satisfaction and fair business practices.

1. Landscape Design Services

Consultation Phase

We begin all projects with an initial consultation to understand your needs, preferences, and site conditions. If you decide not to proceed with our services after the initial paid consultation:

• The consultation fee is non-refundable as it compensates for the designer's time and expertise
• Any documentation provided during the consultation remains the property of Vlixaiswyxea

Design Phase

Once the design process has begun:

• All deposits paid are non-refundable as they secure our time and resources for your project
• Design revisions are included as specified in your service agreement (typically 1-3 rounds of revisions depending on the package)
• Additional revision requests beyond those included in your package will incur additional charges

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

If you need to cancel your landscape design project after work has begun:

• Within 48 hours of signing the service agreement: Full refund minus a $150 administration fee
• After concept development has begun: 50% of the deposit will be retained
• After concept presentation: No refund of the deposit
• After final design work has begun: Full payment is due as per the service agreement

Cancellation by Vlixaiswyxea

In the rare event that we need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances:

• We will provide a full refund of any payments made for work not yet completed
• We may, at our discretion, assist in finding an alternative designer to complete your project
• You will retain ownership of any completed design elements that have been paid for

3. Client Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our design services:

• If you are not satisfied with the design direction, please communicate your concerns during the revision phases included in your package
• We will work with you to address any concerns and make reasonable adjustments to ensure the final design meets your needs
• Our goal is to create a landscape design that you love and that can be successfully implemented

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All landscape designs, drawings, specifications, and other documents created by Vlixaiswyxea remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. After full payment:

• You receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the implementation of your specific project
• Designs may not be reproduced, shared, or used for other properties without our written consent
• We reserve the right to use images of the completed landscape (with your permission) for our portfolio

5. Plant Materials and Products

If we assist with sourcing plants or materials for your project:

• Plants are subject to availability from nurseries and suppliers
• Plant substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability or quality concerns
• Any returns or exchanges of physical products will be subject to the supplier's return policies
• Plant health guarantees are typically provided by the nurseries or contractors, not by Vlixaiswyxea

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding our services:

• We encourage open communication to address any concerns directly
• If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, we agree to engage in mediation before pursuing other legal remedies
• Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of New Zealand

7. Changes to This Return Policy

We may update our Return Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Any changes will apply only to new service agreements and will not affect existing agreements.
